Product Description

The WMRV series worm gear reducers include 11 frame sizes ranging from WMRV 25 to 185. The whole series adopts a segmented design: small and medium frames (25–90) use high-pressure aluminum alloy for lightweight construction and heat dissipation, while large frames (110–185) are made of high-rigidity cast iron to withstand impact and heavy loads.

It supports universal all-position mounting options including B3, B6, B7, B8, V5 and V6, together with flexible output forms such as hollow shafts and flanges. Featuring a compact structure, smooth operation and low noise, as well as the physical property of mechanical self-locking to prevent back-driving at high reduction ratios (i ≥ 30), this product is suitable for continuous-duty or space-restricted installation scenarios such as conveyor lines, packaging machines, food mixing equipment, lifting systems and automated door control.
