First, quickly inspect the packaging—make sure it has not been damaged during transportation.
Then, thoroughly wipe the gearbox housing to prevent dust or dirt from entering.
Finally, check the oil level and top it off if the manual suggests it—just go easy, too much isn’t helpful either.

Here’s a practical rundown to guide you through the installation:

1、 pick a suitable spot — somewhere dry, clean, and with good airflow. Make sure you can easily access it later for maintenance, and keep safety in mind.
2、get the mounting surface ready. Set the gearbox in place on the foundation, then use a level to check that it’s sitting flat. If it’s not quite even, go ahead and adjust it until it is.
3. Align and secure the flanges. Carefully align the gearbox flange with the flanges on the equipment, and then secure all components with bolts.
4. You may need to tweak the positioning a little, and small adjustments usually make all the components work together more smoothly.

Precautions:
